I was born and raised in a small town just a few miles north of Detroit, Michigan. I came up, as most of us did being taught to get good grades, go to school, and get a good job. At 23 years old I found myself with a college degree, a new wife, and not one job, but three, trying to make ends meet. Making 27,000 a year and working 80-90 hours a week, I was dying inside as the real world began taking a toll on me. I wasn’t happy, I wasn’t fulfilled and deep down I felt that there was something more for me. I would get up every day and drive past miles and miles of magnificent homes and I would say to myself, “there has got to be a better way. “ With every day that passed I could feel my dreams slipping away from  me. I felt myself fading away from me. So I decided to make a change.

 

Less than 10 years later,  With no experience in business or sales of any sort, I found myself earning in excess of 7 figures annually. My life was literally revolutionized, not just financially but in  every area. I went from overweight to my ideal weight. I went from struggling daily in my marriage to an incredibly rich and rewarding relationship with my wife Jessica.  I went from watching my dreams slip away to walking in them every single day. Today we live in our dream home, travel the world and raise our three incredible kids. Life is better than I ever imagined it could be. This book "BY-PROD-UCT", is itself, the byproduct of what I learned and applied over those 10 Years. It’s what I used  to drastically change everything in My life. It’s a decade of leadership learned in the trenches of American business, applied to life. This is how I did it .
